Community at BOK
Our partnerships are critical to the success of Bok. We continuously work with a variety of organizations and communities in South Philly to consider how we can work together and support one another.
One of our most valuable partnerships has been with our neighbor Southwark School, a public K-8 community school that has flourished under the leadership of Principal Lukov. Their 3rd grade students actually helped inform the design of our South Philly Stoop, which was a Knight Cities Challenge project.

Internships for Local Youth
Our tenant and partner FNC offers summer internships to local youth ages 16-18. Some of these internships place students with tenants within BOK — last year 33 FNC interns worked with jewelry and fashion designers, glass blowers, personal fitness trainers, and photographers (among others).
