Utilizing the old classrooms and offices of a technical school offers a diverse range of spaces suited for many different types of businesses. Spaces range in scale from the size of a large closet to a full gymnasium. Most are private rooms, but some areas have been subdivided into smaller, semi-private studios. Some are perfectly equipped for artisanal production, while others are better for offices.

Semi-private studio bay

100 - 200 sq ft

Flexible lease terms are available for our semi-private spaces in a shared room.  Ideal for 1-2 users such as freelancers, remote workers, or quiet creatives. The space lacks floor-to-ceiling walls, making it less suitable for activities with strong smells or frequent calls.

Small studio or office

200 - 450 sq ft

Our private small spaces are probably the most in demand and the perfect size for 1-2 freelancers/remote workers, small scale makers or artists.

Medium studio or office

450 - 850 sq ft

Our medium sized spaces are on every floor of the building and each one is unique. They are perfectly suited to a smaller scale design firm, photo or video production studio, a nonprofit or professional office, artist studio or light artisan scale production.

Large office, studio or production space

850 - 2,000 sq ft

Our large scale spaces are some of our most light filled and stunning spaces. We only have about 30 in the building, and they are the perfect space for large scale production or larger professional offices.
